has struggled somewhat to de ne the terms
‘mood’ and ‘emotion’, and objective measurement of either emotion or mood is challenging. This report explores the science relating to the possible connections between moderate coffee consumption, mood and emotion, and considers the potential effects in both healthy populations, and in a subset of individuals with diagnosed depression.
